Tocca, elegant black dress

Tocca embroidered, longer black dress (below knee to mid-calf), collar-bone collar at front and lower collared back,1920s style. Tailored fit. Very, very light wool blend, silk-lined, size 4 but *fits size 2* (designer 4).
