This is a beautiful velvet silk viscose Dress by the brand Tocca! I’ve had it for several years and it’s just gorgeous even though I’ve only worn it a handful of times. It’s got beautiful beading on the edges of the soft ruffles on the skirt of the dress. Inside the dress extra beads are attached in case any fall off, which they never have. The tag says size 6, and I bought it when I was a size 4 and it fit perfectly. It has NO stretch. So if you’re a perfect 4 it will fit great. Perfect for the holidays!
