Tobi dress brand new

This is an extremely cute dress that is brand new from tobi. It’s not my size but this dress would be perfect for someone else! It’s very comfy and cute. Has a tan layer below the black mesh floral pattern so not see through! Would look great when dressed up with heels or dressed down with a cute jacket and boots!
