Tobi XS Off the Shoulder Cutout Black Mini Dress

Previously worn off the shoulder mini dress with deep cutout in front. Flowy fit with lightweight fabric and back zipper closure. 100% polyester. Size XS from Tobi. Small sewn up area near bust where wire poked out slightly (see third photo). Picture included of it being worn for reference (5’2” height). Great for semiformals or date nights!
