Tobi White and Pink Skater Dress

Tobi White and Pink Skater Dress! The top white part is stretchy and there is some boning in the bust area to help hold the dress up. The lace on the top is a mix of white and ivory to make the detailing pop. This is a pre-loved item so there are some signs of wear shown in the bottom two pictures (minor staining on the inside of the bust area, and a small black streak near a seam on the chiffon that isn’t really noticeable).
