Black velvet lightly pleated skater skirt with zipper in the back. Basically new without tags since I bought it but never actually wore it. (FYI No longer has the Tobi tag attached because it was removed when a liner was put in). Perfect for fall and winter and can be dressed up or down. Comes from a pet and smoke free home.
