Tobi Cold Shoulder Dress

ADORABLE Army green open shoulder dress. Shoulders are open and slits up forearms. V neck back and scoop neck front. Size M. It’s supposed to be a dress but I wore it as a top because it was too short for Me. I’m 5’8”. Happy to provide measurements so you can decide which way you’d like to wear it :)
