Tobi Blue Velvet Mini Dress, size M(?)

This comfortable and stylish mini dress features open criss-cross detailing on sides, adjustable spaghetti straps, v-neck, zipper and hook and eye closure in back. No size provided but I am guessing it's a Medium. Fabric is 95% polyester, 5% elastane -- very stretchy. Perfect for the holidays! Approximate measurements: Length (from base of straps to hem edge) 28" Straps adjustable from 3.5" to 7" Armpit to Armpit 17" laid flat, but could probably stretch to about 20"
