Tobi All Me striped surplice romper

Brand new with tags, received in the mail today and it is too small. Size medium but has absolutely no stretch to the material so it fits more like a small. Zipper enclosure on the left side of the romper, arm piece material also has no stretch to it. Final sale so I can’t return it, want it off my hands
