To the knee dress CUTE!!

Navy / White dress. The top has stripes horizontal and from the hi waist down they are vertical. A Line. Has string belt holders (no belt) on each side. They could hold a wide belt. Or cut them off easily if unwanted. Strapless with 1/2 inch elastic at top to hold it up. I’m 5’7” and hits just at knees. Super cute, super girly.
