Fun and flirty with the way this dress moves. Button up from hem to collar. You can either tie on the front or back of waist. My personal favorite is the front. The pattern on the fabric is unique and stylish. Red flowers against a "blue sky" with yellow "clouds". Lightly padded shoulders for a nice silhouette. No size tags but measurements are a large.
