jharvey25 @aandrea_o Oh no! That’s terrible :( That actually happened to me once when I bought a pair of Jack Rogers off a site One shoe was extremely tighter then the other- totally dud!! These are brand new never worn and the straps are fresh!! Lol.. they are even and not stretched out or defective.

jharvey25 @mgkratz what size are you? If you are a 1/2 size you could go up but I don’t know about down. Also, do you have a narrow foot or wide foot? The straps have a give over time.
