It's a dancers trick. Buy loose lambs wool in the foot insoles dept. & stuff it into your shoe... Or buy the lambs wool tape. And tape it to the part of your shoe that bothers you.

I use band aids in the spots that rub. Also, you can have someone who has feet that are a little bit bigger than yours break your shoes in for you. Have them wear them for a day so they stretch them out a little bit before you wear them.

It depends on where you get the blisters at. If around your toes (like having wide feet or swollen feet frm pregnancy/other causes)- I've seen YouTube videos to stretch shoes with ice. Or you can buy shoe stretchers online. You can use band aids- but there are specific feet products designed for blisters that offer more cushion. There is also feet lubricants that offers more slip so that even if it rubs, ot is less painful. You can bring heels to your local shoe cobbler and he can fix any issues with the heel (new heel tips, stretch it out, add cushier insole, etc). I feel your pain! I love wearing heels but after being on them for several hours... Ouch! Good luck!

There is a product by Bandaid called blister block. It's a tube of stuff you rub on before putting shoes on. I haven't had blisters in years!!!! It's in the bandaid isle in a blue tube.

Put your shoes on for a couple minutes to see where it's rubbing then just put the blister block on. It's the most amazing thing & it's under $5

Some shoe stores will stretch your shoes with a machine they have. I worked the shoes dept at Dillard's and we did it for ppl all the time, you just have to ask.

I agree with @missrochelles That little blue tube of band-aid blister block even lives in my purse - in case I'm out longer than I thought! Rub it on your feet (especially where the shoe tends to rub like heel, either side of the toes, top of little piggy) - no blisters and it won't discolor or stain your shoes either!!!

I have heard to put deodorant on the blister and it helps with the friction. Also I have to add the little cotton like things in some shoes bc of where the back hits on my foot and that seems to help. You'd think oh this thing is too little and won't raise enough but it worked good and the shoe person said if it doesn't work to add another to it. (You'd stick it where your heel would go)

Also... I didn't know this but at Dillard's they will stretch your shoes for you. I had them do a few pair and it seems to be just perfect.

Ok this is what you do...ready? Put on a pair of super chunky socks, get your blow dryer (hair dryer), put the shoes on and for about 5 blow dry your shoes. Bam! Voila!
