TinyCottons snow parka - size 8y

Well loved TinyCottons polka dot snow parks. Water resistant and padded lining, super warm and great for winter. This has some staining throughout but functionally in excellent condition - no tears or defects in the functionality. Has a removable hood. This was over $200 so priced for sell. I have not tried to remove the staining but it may come out with stain treatment.
