Tiny wrist purse- artist design, never used

Need a small wrist. Pattern based on a Delaware artist painting. Snap closure to lined bag. Bracelet handle seems to be vintage with all stones/ plastic probably and gold tone framing. 6 x 4 1/2 inches. Bracelet is 2 2/3 inches in diameter on inside measurement.
