This is a very tiny gold tone horse brooch. It's about the size of a quarter. It is thick/wide enough to stand on its own, as in the photos. The pin stem secures with a rollover catch that works well. It does have normal pre-owned wear with a few tiny nicks. There is some wear of the color on the edge and underside of the tail. There are lots of colors for metal and metallic paint and rubs at craft and hobby stores that can always be used to enhance finishes and/or alter them, depending on your desired end use of any metal jewelry. Experiment on scrap pieces first and watch videos for inspiration and techniques that can be applied to most costume jewelry.
