TinkerToy Big Boy Set # 155 1960s Incomplete 199 Piece Wood Building STEM Toy

This vintage TinkerToy Big Boy Set #155 from the 1960s is a nostalgic 199-piece wooden building toy that encourages STEM learning. The original container still has the metal lid (this is often missing). Although there is some wear and paper loss on the outside, the container is structrally sound. Note:one of the red dowel pieces is crack at the end (see photo of closeup), one of the yellow dowel pieces is partially stained green and a few of the round pieces have been lightly painted. It also comes with an additional 32 plastic pieces which are from a newer (1970s) Tinkertoy set. Made by Tinkertoy in the United States, this incomplete set is a cherished piece of toy history for collectors and enthusiasts.
