Timo Weiland Tiered Silk Collared Dress 2

This dress is so cute and unique! I planned on pairing it with a leather jacket and some black booties. It runs larger than I expected. It is a loose fitting size 2 and could probably even fit a size 4. Bust across: 17" Waist is not fitted: totally adjustable with the tie. The floral layer is silk. The under layers are polyester. Excellent condition. It has just been dry cleaned.
