@joyfulnoni It absolutely does, because the upper buckle makes it adjustable - please refer to 4th picture. Also I do not have the thinnest legs either, and they fit me just perfect. Let me know if you have any other questions.Thank you

@joyfulnoni Also, at the back of thebuckle part there is a piece of elastic that makes it even more forgiving to a thicker leg. Hope that helps.
