This dreamy elegant dress is sure to be a favorite. It features a smocked bodice with tulle edging, back zipper entry, flowing ruffles down the front with tulle overlay. Cream & beige. Girls size 8-9 by ilovegorgeous. There is a hole on the second ruffle tier as shown in close up photos. However, you don’t notice when looking at the dress. There was also a satin tie around the waist that is missing.
