One of the best quality Time and True dresses I’ve bought. It’s lined with a ruffle on the under lining. So cute on and very easy to dress up or down. I got two different prints and I wear the other one more. I’ve worn this 3-4 times.

@critterbug999 It’s not a jersey knit so not particularly stretchy- it’s not a tight fit but if you are on the bigger size of 3x , it’ll be tight.
