is this rain repellent jacket?

@tlphilli12 hi, I would say more of a wind jacket and light rain repellent because it does not have zipper pockets like rain coats have. Water beads up on it so maybe a light rain-mist but definitely not in a down pour. That would be my guess. Thank you for asking. If I can answer anything else please let me know. 😊
