Time and Tru Plus Size Womens Quilted Button Up Rust Colored Cardigan XXL 20. This cardigan hits right at the lower waist/upper hip and is adorable. It has 4 big buttons up the front and is quilted fabric throughout. It has ribbed sleeve cuffs and waist and a slight puff sleeve at the shoulders. It’s in excellent shape and the only issue I could find with it is some stitching at the top of the shoulders- shown in photos- it’s just a little over-stitched. Size Womens XXL 20.
