Time and Tru Flutter sleeve tiered dress

Super cute spring/summer dress! Very light and flowy, has a bow detail at neck and flutter sleeves. Tiered bottom makes it very flattering, and it has pockets! It’s a 3x or size 22. Fits TTS. Only worn twice.
