Timberland Earthkeepers in grey, size 10.5, never been worn.

I have the original box but it was dropped and broken, there are also a couple of minor stains on the right boot due to the drop (seen in the pictures) which can be worked out. Since they are new and I’m trying to sell them, I didn’t want to clean them up if someone has a better way of doing so.
