This Tim Shaffer Steel City Outlaw #83 graphic tee shirt is a vintage piece from the 1980s, featuring a two-sided design with long sleeves. Made of cotton in a multi-color racing-inspired style, this unisex shirt is size Large and signed by Tim Shaffer. This tee has been worn and loved. The signature is faded by still visible. The coloring on the tee is still bright in most places but does have some fading. There are also several stains. I did not try bleaching them because I did not want to damage the cotton.
