Tilly’s top

Bought this from Tilly’s. It’s a cute deep royal blue with white birds as the pattern. It has a ruffled top and continues to the back. It is cinched at the waist and has a couple strings to tie but can not loosen or tighten by strings. It is a medium but I would say runs small so it would fit more true to a small. Gently worn
