I originally purchased this at Tillys. The brand is Blu Pepper. A dark mauve pink flounce lace up top. Has an elegant front lace up design with tassel ties. Large ruffle style collar. 100% Rayon. Dry clean only. Unfortunately, this shrunk and no longer fits me because I accidentally washed and dryed it. This is tagged a size M but would best fit an XS or a S. (Please check measurements). I’ve only worn this once. In excellent condition. No stains or holes.
