Tiki brand “Nina” black heel. Mixed size 8/8-1/2 N

Very gently worn. Left shoe is a half size larger 8-1/2 NARROW. Right is 8 NARROW. These seem small to me, maybe a 7-1/2 narrow would fit best? They’re a timeless design. Fabric is almost shiny but I’m not sure what it’s made out of—not sateen and not suede
