Tiki boutique fit and flare dress

Another beauty from Brooklyn boutique “tiki”. This one has bright paisley swirls and a drop waist. The size tag was removed but it is a girls 8. Measurements shown in photos. Fabric had just the right amount of stretch and still has a lot of wear left despite piling.
