Tight, Strapless, Blue Formal Dress with Sequins

This dress is a short, blue formal dress. The material feels like a satin, but definitely has some spandex which makes it stretchy. It’s a size medium but fits more like a small and the bust is padded. The material is ruched on one side and comes together with a patch of sequins on the other side.
