Cute ruffle flared shorts have an elastic waist and can be worn high, medium or low on the waist. The matching top is fully padded and has adjustable straps and a gorgeous lace up detail. These pieces are perf together but can be worn separately. Tag says this set is an M but also definitely fits a small. This sold out 2 yrs ago and is very rare. Worn once.
