Tiffany’s heart necklace with original chain

This is a vintage piece and needs to be polished (see photos) since it has not been worn in many years and just came out of storage - hence the lowered fee. They revamped it and it’s now available new, it’s the Elsa Peretti line. Very elegant heart shaped necklace, genuine high quality materials.
