Tiffany designs champagne sequin evening gown, prom, formal dress

This is dress is absolutely stunning. This was worn once by me to a formal event. Size 10, has not been altered. This has been stored well and professionally cleaned. I see a small thread loose on left side top- there is a photo. There is also a small spot on the bottom of the dress smaller than a dime, it is hardly noticeable- see the photo.
