The dress is in great condition, however the tulle under the mermaid bottom is slightly torn but it’s hidden under the layers. Also the dress was slightly altered to my waist so I’d say it’s a size 4 now originally it was like 6(or 8) I will not be emailing anyone, so send me offers if you’d like
