Tiffany & Co. sterling silver star dish

Tiffany & Co. Beautiful vintage dish plate, in the shape of a five pointed sea star created by the iconic women designer Elsa Peretti. This very decorative and highly collectible piece was carefully crafted at the Tiffany Studios, back in the 1980 in solid .925/1000 sterling silver, with very high polish finish in the upper part and semi hammered frosted patterns in the bottom. Stamped with the maker's mark, the hallmark for the silver assay and signed, "TIFFANY & CO. .925 ELSA PERETTI ITALY". There are scratches and spotting on front. Possibly Tiffany store can polish these issues out? Priced accordingly for these issues.
