Tiffany & Co sterling silver ring with diamonds

This is a very rare and collectible sterling silver ring with three diamonds. It has been worn. I recently took it to Tiffany’s to have it professionally cleaned. Original price is $475 but due to its rarity it is worth much more. Great stacking ring. Tiffany box, dust bag, white ribbon and bag included Size is either 4.5 or 5. Will take to jewelers to verify size.
