Decent condition. I tried to show multiple angles in the video. This was recently cleaned at a jewelers but may need to be recleaned. There are some minor scratches that aren’t noticeable unless you are looking for them. The topside of the heart is where I would say the most signs of wear are. This was only worn a couple of times but I did not have it properly stored so it got oxidized and that’s why I had it cleaned! Genuine Tiffany & Co item.
