Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Twist Knot Pendent

-Authentic Tiffany & Co. Jewelry -on a 16” chain, sterling silver -only worn a few times -polished as of 4/11/2024 *****there is a small knot at one end in the chain, as you can see in the pictures. I spent a lot of time trying to fix it but had no luck. I posted pictures of how it looks on the Tiffany & Co. website to see the difference in how the chain looks
