This Tiffany & Co Papayrus Picture Frame is made by Papyrus Bath in England. It has a blue background with the Tiffany company embossed signature on the back. The frame is adorned with a heart motif outlined in gold. This Frame measures 5" x 7" but the actual picture size is 4 3/4" x 3". Frame is in perfect condition.
