It has a missing part of the heart but can be replaced and needs to be polished, I do have the receipt (will have to look it) Will probably take down the listing, take it to Tiffany for repair to get a more recent receipt so I'll have more profit of authenticity but of course the price will increase because it will be in perfect condition.

michellef @christysheehan I couldn't find it ( I bought about over 2 years ago) the only one I have is the one that I got the last time I took it to Tiffany to be polished. However poshmark gives you a period of time before taking the money out so you can take it to any Tiffany store and they'll let you know it is authentic.
