enjaeboutique @2_taurusis yes it came with pouch. I misplaced pouch after receiving it. Ad stated I no longer had pouch.

enjaeboutique @2_taurusis I stated to you in initial communication it didn’t have pouch only box. If you’ll look at the chain of communication you’ll see where I advised you prior to shipping it had no pouch. Please request refund and return it. Thank you

enjaeboutique @2_taurusis After looking I did see the other accounts and I commented on them. Those are my pics and my wording. They used my info for those pics. Those not my accounts at all. As you can see I commented after I found them. Please request refund and return I’ll be happy to refund it once I get it back. No worries. Thank you

enjaeboutique @2_taurusis I have reported you for sending back my necklace in an unwearable and obviously intentional knotted catastrophe. Not sure why you intentionally did this nor why you sent the harassing card but you’ve been reported and I’ve seen other ads where you’ve done the same to others. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. If you question an item’s authenticity, don’t buy it. It’s simple.
