Tiffany & Co Atlas Ring in Sterling Silver Roman Numerals

PLEASE READ - SIZE UNKNOWN Tiffany & Co. atlas ring, purchased around 2019 at the La Jolla location in San Diego. I don't have the receipt or pouch. It's in rough condition - scratches throughout and tarnishing. Needs a good polish. I believe this may be a 6, I measured the inner circumference and it came out to about 5cm maybe 51mm. I'm sorry, I'm not 100% sure. Price reflects the condition
