Tiffany & Co 30” EXTRA LARGE Open Heart Necklace in Silver with PACKAGING

Fabulous condition: scratch free and shiny! Like new. Has just been professionally polished and cleaned. Vintage piece: from late 90s/early 2000s. This one is HUGE! The pendant measures about 36 mm. There’s an open heart size reference guide I put together in one of the pictures. The listing is for the XL open heart necklace only. Comes with all the packaging in the last picture.
