Rare pendant-bracelet designed by Elsa Peretti (1940-2021) for Tiffany Co.
Very rare bangle bracelet, created in New York city by Elsa Peretti for the tiffany studios, back in the 1977. This early model is called The Flying Saucer. and just a few were produced. It was crafted with an oval shaped free form in solid .925/.999 sterling silver with high polished finish. This bangle bracelet is a serious collector's piece and was one of the early models designed by Peretti. At least only 250 pieces has been produced with different shapes making each piece made, unique. The bangle features a design with slightly irregularly shaped edges, which is what makes it interesting. It has a "one of kind" studio feel, which is rarely seen in the Tiffany mass produced jewelry.
