Tiffany Blue Sweetheart Dress Costume?**Size XS-S, Fairy/Glinda the Bubble Witch

Bust=33 " waist=27 hips=33 Shoulder to bottom hem=33" All measurements are approximate. This gorgeous dress has damage on the outer layer which is chiffon. The damage is a stain of some kind, not sure if it can be cleaned by a dry cleaner. A good/ creative seamstress could add another layer of chiffon. OR, this would be the most beautiful start to a fairy costume, or a Glinda the Bubble with costume, etc. My manequin is a size M, and this dress is a XS-S...so I have it unzipped in the back on the manequin...but it does fully zip up. This dress is beautifully embellished and looks fine straight on. My daughter HAD to have this dress, it was in a consignment botique. Then, the pandemic hit and Prom got cancelled. She never wore it...it has been in her closet. The stains may have been there when I bought it...? Thank you for looking through my closet. I appreciate your time. I have worked at Nordstrom, Macy's, and Target while raising my children. My youngest just went to college. As such, we are going through all of our storage units and downsizing our home. As I worked in the mall, I would shop in the other mall stores on my break...and find great deals in my store and others. I hope that you can use some of the things I no longer need.
