Tiffany & Co Soleste Platinum Diamond Aquamarine Ring

I am not the original owner. I do not have the original receipt or paperwork. The only verification I have is the paperwork I received when I sent it to NY to be cleaned and a third party authentication cert from the former owner. METAL: Platinum SIZE: 7.25 US STONES: >Diamonds Approximately .45ctw. >Aquamarine - Approximately 1.25 MARKED: Tiffany & Co Pt950, Serial identification number CONDITION: PRE OWNED, it does show signs of wear (light scatches on platinum). THE AQUAMARINE IS CHIPPED. I am not sure if the aquamarine can be replaced by Tiffany or not. PLEASE VIEW THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY!!
