This is a gently used Tiffany & Co. 1837 sterling silver ring in 'medium' thickness. The size of this ring is either a 5 or 5.5, I am leaning more towards a 5.5 based on how it fits my ring finger. This ring is currently on the Tiffany & Co. website retailing for $400.
