Tiered sparkle dress, retro vintage vibes, Jessica Howard size 10

This is gorgeous, it is hard to get the full feel of the fabric in photos. It is very light and flowing and covered in sparkle/glitter polka dots (black on black). The dress is fully tiered, with a roll down turtleneck and back zipper. It is giving Nancy Sinatra vibes. This is a gorgeous piece perfect for cocktail, evening, formal, holiday party, New Year’s Eve, wedding guest, homecoming or prom. PTP is 19.5” but the garment does stretch. Length is 38”.
