Tiered maxi dress, blue floral prom/wedding

Maxi length sleeveless floral print dress is great for prom or beach/outdoor/garden weddings. Polyester chiffon material is light and breezy, and it's fully lined. It has a small slit/peep opening at neckline/bust (and back neckline as well), and a sash tie belt in the same print (with belt loops). The bodice is not too fitted for those with smaller bust - slightly loose/drapey fit overall, and belt can be tied tighter if the dress is too loose. The skirt portion has 3 ruffled tiers and is a flattering fit which hides any "lumps/bumps" in the midsection/hips. Only wore this 2x to weddings. I'm 5'2" and with 2.5in heels, this was just about floor length, but it can work on someone taller too. It's a size 4 but fits like a 2-4 or XS/S.
